HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THIS IDEA?

It started with a deep love for live music and the unforgettable moments that come with it. During the pandemic, I was inspired by artists who used the downtime to create. I realized that for most shows, we’re left with just a t-shirt or a poster to remember the night.

But some shows mean more—the first one with your partner, your child’s first concert, the night your wedding band played, or the one that changed your life.

I wanted to preserve those nights as meaningful, handcrafted art. After designing the first custom setlist board, I knew I had something special. I quietly refined the idea for six months, and that’s how Sets By Scotty was born.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN MAKING THESE?

I took my first order in October 2020. Since then, I’ve created over 300 custom concert setlists for fans of more than 60 bands, shipped to 30+ states, and completed official collaborations with artists like STS9 and Goose.

SHOULD I HANG MY SETLIST IN THE DIRECT SUNLIGHT?

Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the colors and materials. Each board is sealed for protection, but like any piece of art, keeping it out of harsh light helps it last longer.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW THE FULL SETLIST FROM THE SHOW?

No problem—just tell me the artist, date, and venue. I’ll research the setlist. If there isn’t an official one, I’ll work with you to recreate a thoughtful version using fan recordings and tour history.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer four styles of handcrafted wooden boards:

The Gorge – $450
3–4 feet tall × 12–18 inches wide
Our largest board—a true showstopper for your most iconic concert.

The Tabernacle – $350
18″ tall × 12″ wide
Big enough to capture a full setlist. A bold and versatile mid-size format.

The Lyric – $250
15″ circular design
A fresh, round take on your favorite set. Great for gifting.

The Belly Up – $150
12″ tall × 8–10″ wide
A mini board made for gallery walls or commemorating multi-night runs.

Shipping is included with all options.

HOW MUCH DO THE SETLISTS COST?

Prices range from $150–$450, depending on the board size and your level of customization. I’ll always confirm your final price before we begin.

HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping is included in the price for all boards.

CAN YOU MAKE DRUMSTICK & GUITAR PICK HOLDERS?

Absolutely! These can be added to a setlist board or created as standalone artwork.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS FOR BIRTHDAYS OR ANNIVERSARIES?

I can occasionally accommodate rush orders depending on the schedule. Just reach out and let me know your timeline.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A BOARD?

On average, turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity and current volume. I’ll confirm your timeframe before starting.

CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE OR NAME ON THE BOARD?

Yes! Personal messages, names, or dates can be added to your board. These little details make it even more meaningful—whether it’s a gift, an anniversary, or a first concert memory.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, I primarily ship within the U.S. (lower 48 states), but I’m happy to quote international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out with your location and I’ll see what we can do.

CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE IT’S MADE?

Yes—every custom piece includes a proofing process. I’ll confirm all song titles, layout, and overall design with you before production begins. Nothing gets made until you’re happy with it. 

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR BAND ORDERS?

Yes! If you’re an artist, venue, or merch manager looking for a custom run of boards, I’d love to collaborate. Let’s create something fans will never forget.

WHAT MATERIAL DO YOU USE?

Each board is made from carefully selected wood and finished with a protective sealant. I also use a mix of paints (including spray paint and subtle stains) to achieve a bold-yet-organic look.
