- Order request form: your name, email address, the show or setlist details, project type, size, add-ons, rush preference, shipping details (such as your mailing address), and any project notes.
We use this information to reply to you, prepare estimates and design proofs, create your piece, ship it to you, and keep records of our work together. Form submissions are stored in our website’s database and in our email.
Information Collected Automatically
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, approximate location, and the site that referred you. It uses cookies to do this.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam. It collects information about your device and how you interact with the page. reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us overall traffic counts. It does not use cookies.
- Fonts: our site loads fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts, so your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address.
